Registration Details

1. If an attendee wishes to cancel their conference registration and request a refund for personal reasons, the following policy will apply:
More than 60 days before the conference: 100% refund
30–60 days before the conference: 50% refund
Less than 30 days before the conference: No refund
2. All refunds are subject to deduction of bank transfer fees (USD 30 / CNY 210).
3. No refunds will be issued in cases of visa rejection, no-show, or early departure.
4. All approved refunds will be processed after the conference.
5. In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes), war, or changes in government policy, the organizers reserve the right to modify the conference dates or venue with immediate effect. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses.

Refund Policy

1. Payments are accepted in USD and CNY.
2. Participants may register as Author (Full Paper), Presenter (Abstract/Poster), or Listener.
3. The fee includes conference sessions, materials, meals, and coffee breaks.
4. Accommodation, visa fees, and transportation are not included.
5. One registration covers one paper.
6. At least one author must register for each accepted paper. Student registration requires a valid student ID.
